Thursday Food Log

Well, at weigh in last night I was actually down another pound, so that was a surprise! I wasn't sure.

Breakfast:
WW Strawberry Yogurt - 1 point
Flax seed - .5 points
Diet Big Red - 0 points
**total - 1.5 points**

I think I have got my breakfast down to a manageable thing. This small 2 point breakfast is great. It fills me up and lasts till lunch and I feel good about what I am eating. Now I just have to get lunch and dinner in line, mostly lunch, because alot of times we are so busy that I don't really eat dinner.
