Wednesday Log

Welcome to Wednesday! The middle of the week, and what used to be weigh-in day. I have switched to the Saturday morning WW meeting, so weigh-in has now switched to Saturday morning! Yeah! I actually switched because there are some friends that go to that meeting, and this holds me even more accountable.

Snack:
100 calorie snack pack - peanut butter crisps - 2 points

Lunch:
Michelina Budget - Ziti - 5 points

Dinner:
scrambled egg with cheddar cheese
toast - 2 slices
unsweeted ice tea
