So I weighed myself this morning because I snacked during the SuperBowl, and I am pleased to say that I have maintained my weight, didn't gain during the SuperBowl.

Breakfast:
WW Amaretto Cheesecake Yogurt - 1 point
2 tsp Flax Seed - .5 points
20 oz Diet Big Red - 0 points

Snack:
WW Lemon Cake - 1 point

Lunch:
Michelina's Lasanga - 6 points
16.9 oz bottle of water - 0 points
**total lunch points - 6 points**
**daily total - 8.5 points**

Dinner:
2 whole wheat english muffins - 2 points
1 tbsp peanut butter - 4 points
ice tea - 2 points
potato chips - 2 points
**total points -8 points**
**daily total - 16.5 points**
