Another week has come and gone. Well, yes I weighed in this morning....down to 252. Slowly, very slowly it is moving! I wish it would move faster, but for that to happen, I have to get a lot strichter about the diet and more exercise.
Breakfast:
Sweet Tea
Bacon, Egg and Cheese McGriddle
At work this morning:
16.9 oz bottle of water
Lunch:
6 inch Subway Ham on honey oat bread with tomato, pickle, cucumber and onion.
baked lay's potato chips
16 oz diet coke
