Food Log for Tuesday the 22nd

So are you getting tired of my food logs yet? I think I am getting tired of writing them, but then again, I know if I don't do it, it will be easier for me to cheat and I will never get anywhere.

Breakfast at work:
32ox sweet tea
bacon, egg and cheese mcgriddle

Snack:
WW Carrot Cake snack

Lunch:
WW Ziti
100 calorie pack bag of peanut butter crisps
can of big red


Snack:
100 calorie pack of cookie crisps

Dinner:
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup rice
apple slices
mandrain oranges
green beans
mediteran blend veggies (artichoke, peas, tomatos, beans)

Late nite snack:
2 piece wheat toast
