100 calorie pack bag of peanut butter crisps
can of big red
Snack:
100 calorie pack of cookie crisps
Dinner:
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup rice
apple slices
mandrain oranges
green beans
mediteran blend veggies (artichoke, peas, tomatos, beans)
Late nite snack:
2 piece wheat toast
