1 can Big Red
At Work:
16.9 oz bottle of water
100 calorie pack of peanut butter crisps
Evening:
1 whole wheat english muffin
1/2 cup tuna salad
1/3 cup cottage cheese
1 can Diet Coke Plus
**weigh in at WW....agreeed with my morning weigh in, down 2 pounds!!***
